What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, product of interest and message. With your consent, we also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and catalogue downloads.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, provide quotations and arrange orders and delivery. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used, based on your consent.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to fulfil an order, for example with Cashels Engineering or a delivery company, and with our website and email service providers, who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 2 years. Records of orders are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and tax requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
