William Lister has 28 years of engineering experience, having started out in farming. For the last 21 years he has specialised in laser engineering, working directly with customers to design, develop and maintain practical engineering solutions.

Michelle Lister has worked alongside William for the past 13 years, running the clerical and administrative side of the business. Together they have built it on hands-on experience and close relationships with customers.

Helen and Andrew Cooke, our Sales Directors, have been farmers all their lives. They have used the machinery, dealt with the pressures of farming and faced its day-to-day challenges first-hand. They know that farm equipment has to be practical, reliable, straightforward to use and, above all, built to do the job.
